Darcy Thomas Biography

Darcy Thomas is an American reporter working as the arts & Culture Reporter for FOX13 News. She is currently reporting weeknights and anchoring weekends on FOX13 News.

She started her career in 1995 at a single market station in Jonesboro, Arkansas at KAIT-TV8, in this ever-changing area of journalism. The station soon became the cornerstone of this company for many years. Darcy as a general assignment reporter, writer, photographer, and editor wore many hats at such a small station.

Darcy went on to Peoria, IL after two years in Jonesboro where she started her career on WMBD-TV Ch. 31. 31. She started out for two years as a reporter and then became the weekend anchor at this station for her final two years. Over the years Darcy has partnered with a variety of groups including F-PWA (Friend of People with Aids).  In 2001 Darcy was offered a job as a reporter in Memphis, Tennessee, and FOX13 in her search to keep through as a journalist.
